im only 15 ,but my english is better than my arabic
English movies and are the best way to improve your english,thats how i speak from along time ago,but also my writing isnt that good because i learnt by lesting not by writing
so watch movies guys its the best way
i know alot of people who know alot of english meanings and can understand english but they just cant make sentences,by watching movies you hear what they are saying AND read the meaning in arabic that way you learnt how to make sentences

انت لما تحضر الفلم بتشوف الترجمة و بتسمع شو بحكو،بهالطريقة بتتعلم شوي شوي كيف تركب جمل

i beleive english movies and also songs and music help
but that would only remains on the speaking level
however, reading english books helps all aspects to grow equally
